The nose insignia is that of John Silberman's Huey unit in VN and was on his P-38 restoration so I'm supposing this was his a/c or restored by him. I don't know the ID.

Jack is right. Hint: This P-51 is polished now and looking very good. Had a bit of ID trouble as an ID swap took place in mid 70's with another P-51 that is now in No. California.
